Snapshot Scope : Each Public Sale participant’s wallet balance of River Pts at the snapshot Time.

Buyback Eligibility : Only River Pts purchased during the Public Sale and, as of the snapshot, still held (including staked River Pts) and not sold, transferred, or converted are eligible.

Calculation Method :
Actual Buyback Amount = Public Sale Purchased Amount − Transferred / Sold / Converted Amount
In short, the team will buy back the same amount of River Pts that each participant still held (including staked Pts) at the snapshot.
River Pts acquired from secondary markets, transferred out, or already converted are not included.
The final buyback amount will be determined based on the actual holdings at the snapshot.
